Ynez started her career as a behavioral interventionist in 2015 in a behavioral and education services center in the United States.
After returning to Hong Kong, she continued to work as a behavioral therapist in 2017 in a renowned behavior therapy agency. She then joined U.P. in 2019.
In her years in U.P., Ynez fulfills her work as a clinical supervisor to provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, plan individualized programs, supervise both local cases and overseas online cases, and to provide ABA training to families, behavior therapists, and behavior agencies. She has been enthusiastic to contribute her expertises and experiences in the needs of every child also to assist, support and educate families.
