Later on in 2019, she joined U.P. Behavior Consulting Ltd, a local Hong Kong agency, as a Clinical Supervisor. Through her passion and dedication, she has taken on the role and responsibility of a Clinical Supervisor. She is to provide both local and overseas case supervision, training for parents, and also one-on-one behavioral treatment. In addition, she is also in charge of formulating individualized treatment plans, online supervision for overseas clients, and providing ABA training for junior staff. Kira is passionate about her role that has her working closely with children and families and aims to improve their quality of life.
