Ivy became a behavioral therapist in 2009 in a renowned international Applied Behavior Analysis agency in Hong Kong. 

Over a decade of intensive theoratic and hands-on training in ABA, Ivy established U.P. Behavior Consulting in 2019. She leads a team of passionate yet professional behavioral practitioners to work with children in need in Hong Kong and overseas. 

Ivy continues on providing local and overseas consultation for families and schools, professional training for staff and other professions, parent training, workshops, as well as supervising BCBA trainees.
